Between Monday, December 2- Monday, December 16, all those who submit photo(s) of valid receipt(s) proving $25+ spent at one of 26 Lakeview Business Locations from Dec 2-16 will be be entered to win one of three 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place gift baskets featuring thousands of dollars worth of gift cards, vouchers, and merchandise from participating businesses.

The 2024 Lakeview Holiday Community Raffle is now closed. See you next year!
Utilizing this form provide your name, email, phone number, and a photo of any valid receipt(s) proving that you have spent $25+ or more at any participating SSA 27 business listed above between the dates of December 2nd and 16th. The form will be closed at 12pm on Wednesday, December 17th without exception.
Winners will be contacted via provided email and phone number on Thursday, December 18th and will have 48 hours to respond and claim their basket. Failing to claim the basket within 48 hours will result in a redraw without exception. Next steps for basket pickup will be provided solely to claimed winners.
Participants must be age 21 or older to enter. One entry allowed per person. See additional disclaimers below.
