Going green has never been easier with the returning Lakeview Earth Day Celebration tech recycling at a new location, the Blaine Elementary Parking Lot (3828 N Southport) on Sunday, April 27, 2025!

Electronics Recycling 

Did you know that electronic waste contributes 70% of toxic waste in the US? Bring your old electronics to the Blaine Elementary Parking Lot at 2828 N Southport Ave from 10 AM - 2 PM, and work together with SSA 27 and Newtech E-scrap Recycling Inc for responsible electronics recycling. Commonly recyclable items include computer equipment, personal electronics, office equipment and industrial equipment. See here for a complete guide on acceptable items for tech recycling.
